Properties

  • Helps to clear and purify the airways.
  • Stimulating, warming, it helps to maintain muscle tone and energy.
  • Promotes flexibility and soothes muscles and joints.
  • Air Antiseptic: Helps clean the air.

Possible association

  • In the bath, to clear the airway, add water 10-20 drops of Scots pine, previously diluted in Disp'arome.
  • Recipe "whiplash": Mix 4 drops Scots, 6 of eucalyptus disbarred, 2 lavender and 2 thyme thymol. Stir 4 drops of this mixture in a bowl with hot water (by inhalation for 1 week).

Use

  • Recommended use: orally, 1 drop diluted in a teaspoon of honey, vegetable oil or a neutral tablet, 2 times a day.
  • Recommended uses: diffusion, inhalation, massage, bath.

Impossible de donner un avis. Lorsque mon flacon est arrivé, l'huile essentielle ne sentait absolument plus rien (elle a sans doute tourné?). C'est pourtant l'HE que je préfère, son odeur est divine habituellement. En tous cas, à cause de ce souci, je ne rachèterai aucun produit de la marque Ladrôme car je n'ai plus confiance sur la qualité de leurs huiles essentielles...

Rien à dire sur la qualité des produit de Ladrôme!

Attention si vous choisissez cette HE pour son odeur de « pin frais et forêt d'hiver » vous n'y retrouverais pas vraiment cette odeur, à jumeler avec de la menthe pour retrouver celle-ci ;).
